Our 1-o-1 coaching programs are for senior executives requiring strategic and tactical coaching on specific and specialized skills. Depending on your proficiency, we tailor the program. All our programs are unique because we coach on specific & specialized skills, not generic management/leadership. We are the first to offer 1o1 coaching and certification in Six Sigma.

We carefully choose and limit the number of candidates so that we can give personal attention on every candidate. If our program doesn’t suit you, we upfront discourage you to register. All our candidates are directly coached by Neil.

Neil’s Coaching Approach  

Once registered, for the duration of the program you have unlimited access to me by e-mail, chat, phone or fax. I return all phone calls within same day, and all written correspondence within 24 hours. If required, for specific modules within a program, I will bring in experts to coach you. I build peer-level relationship with you right from the beginning which provides a comfortable platform for you to learn

  • You and I reach a mutual decision as to whether the program is right for you. If it is, we begin with my studying your current proficiency. We then establish our program curriculum.
  • Each program has definite number of One-on-One coaching sessions spaced conveniently and spread over a definite duration
  • Based on the number of sessions and duration, we upfront agree on coaching calendar
  • Course material with templates, tools, instructions, literature & reference list are part of the courseware.
  • One-on-One sessions can be through tele/video conference as you prefer. We can meet in person, as well, if convenient for both of us.
  • In every session, concepts are covered and your understanding is tested side-by-side. Coaching is both strategic & tactical.
  • Between sessions you have ample time to work on case studies, assignment & literature reading
  • You can get live problems to discuss where I will coach you to derive solutions yourself
  • All programs are open for a year from registration and hence you can break, if required
  • For Certification programs, I may invite a panel of industry experts to interview you. And all exams are open-book

Green Belt Certification Program  

First of its kind, this 1o1 coaching and certification module is designed for senior leaders(CXOs) across industries who want to acquire six sigma skills and effectively use them. Six Sigma, by and far has become a basic qualification for every leader. Classroom trainings may help fill up your CV but rarely do they give you the confidence to apply and take decisions at work place. You will be able to customize the module, set the pace and discuss live problems in all the 1o1 sessions. If your basics are weak, we will start with the basics and then build further.

Duration : 3 months
One-on-One Sessions : 8 - 10

First of its kind, this 1o1 coaching and certification module is designed for practicing BBs & MBBs across industries who want to become experts in Six Sigma. A certificate from 2 week crash course can surely help you get a BB job, but will not help you retain it. Your ability to apply concepts at various situations, react quickly and mange change effectively will surely help you retain and grow in BB role. This is exactly what we coach in our program. We start from what you know, and build further.

Duration : 6 months
One-on-One Sessions : 15 -18

We agree on topics that will be covered in this 1o1 refresher module. Live problems and case studies for related to the topics will be dealt during the coaching sessions. An example of refresher curriculum is : Statistical Process Control, DOE, Multi-regression, Gage R&R

Managing Business Excellence (for Head of Business Excellence)  

First of its kind, this module is designed to gear up senior staff with vast experience in other facets of business who have taken up the responsibility to lead Business Excellence or Quality team. It is very common for an organization to rotate its talent pool into challenging roles to test their leadership skills. With business excellence, operational excellence, quality, strategy, etc., require specialized skills without which the leader may only be half-effective.
