All our programs are unique because we coach on specific & specialized skills, not generic management/leadership.

1-o-1 Coaching Programs

  • This is a unique coaching program.

    Whether your organization deals with products or services, research shows that 85% of customer attrition is because of poor customer experience, not pricing or competition!

    The goal of this coaching program is to provide the tools, expertise, resources, and support to re-construct the customer experience for the product or service that you deal with.

    We will choose the entire customer’s life cycle or just a portion and reconstruct it. For example, we can choose any one of the following stages of lead generation, prospecting, on-boarding or servicing and cover multiple channels or just one.

    Business Development Managers can focus on prospecting while Service Delivery Managers can focus on servicing.

    There are several executive development programs(EDPs) & leadership training programs, this program is very different. It focuses specifically on building the following competencies. Moreover the emphasis is on application rather than imparting knowledge:

    There are several approaches available for individual goal setting. Most of them focus on visioning. They follow-up the vision with a plan. The issue with such approaches is that one ends up with a laundry list of dreams and actions. After a while, most of it fades off. But ‘My Career Compass’ is very practical tool.

    It gives equal focus on both evolution of the strategy as well as its execution. Secondly Hoshin approach creates a strong link between Vision, Long Term Goals, Short Term Goals, Strategies, Special Projects and Performance Tracking on measures of Success.

  • After having led this work for 2 of world’s largest enterprises, what I know is that it can get very complicated to manage the stakeholders, translate the CEO’s vision for Business Excellence into an operating plan and more importantly retaining talent. A certificate from 2 week crash course can surely help you get a BB job, but will not help you retain it. Small Group Coaching Programs

  • In this Small Group Coaching we will have only 5 participants per batch.

    The goal of this coaching program is to provide the tools, expertise, resources, and project support to equip the participants with Six Sigma Concepts

    The structure of the coaching is as follows:

    • This program will be run over 10 week-ends(Saturday). Each session will last for 2 hours.
    • Location is not a constraint as the program is hosted virtually.
    • You can dial to the audio bridge line to interact during the session. The presentation, whiteboard, video recordings of critical steps, software coaching will be through web-conference. Thus providing a seamless experience to you.
    • Each session will have pre-work and home work that you will have to work
    • Our coach will personally review and coach you through emails/phone between the sessions. In case you identify a live project in your business, we will mentor you at no additional cost during the tenure of the program.
    • At the end of the program and on successful demonstration of proficiency, you will be rewarded Canopus Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Once registered, for the duration of the program you have unlimited access to me by e-mail, chat, phone or fax. I return all phone calls within same day, and all written correspondence within 24 hours. If required, for specific modules within a program, I will bring in experts to coach you. I build peer-level relationship with you right from the beginning which provides a comfortable platform for you to learn

  • You and I reach a mutual decision as to whether the program is right for you. If it is, we begin with my studying your current proficiency. We then establish our program curriculum.
  • Each program has definite number of One-on-One coaching sessions spaced conveniently and spread over a definite duration
  • Based on the number of sessions and duration, we upfront agree on coaching calendar
  • Course material with templates, tools, instructions, literature & reference list are part of the course ware.
  • One-on-One sessions can be through tele/video conference as you prefer. We can meet in person, as well, if convenient for both of us.
