This coaching program helps leaders to ‘Make-it-Happen’…yes, build competencies that develop strong execution orientation.
There are several executive development programs(EDPs) & leadership training programs, this program is very different. It focuses specifically on building the following competencies. Moreover the emphasis is on application rather than imparting knowledge:
- Ability to insist on realism
- Demonstrate sound judgment
- Act with speed
- Perseverance and ability to follow through
- Expand people’s capabilities through coaching
Though these might look very simple, most leaders falter in these areas due to business priorities & daily dynamics.
The structure of the program is as follows:
- This is a One-on-One coaching program and not a class room training
- The program commences with a 360 degree evaluation on above competencies
- Secondly, participant will commence the coaching with a live situation on-hand.
- Participant & I work together during the coaching tenure
- Duration of program will be 3 months. During this period the participants will have unlimited email and phone access to interact.
There will be 5 formal One-on-One coaching sessions that will focus on helping the participant apply the following :
- Mastering intuitive process of decision making
- Art of Prioritizing – Tools, Tips & Techniques
- Emotional Quotient for execution
- Personal bias of poor executors
- Fallacy trap that delay execution
- Practical approach to coach the team
