Terms and Conditions for Certification Examination issued by Canopus Business Management Group (CBMG) By registering for and/or participating in the certification examination offered by Canopus Business Management Group (“CBMG”), you (“Candidate”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Voluntary Participation
You acknowledge that participation in this certification examination is entirely voluntary. CBMG has not compelled, coerced, or otherwise obligated you to undertake this examination or pursue certification. Your decision to participate is made of your own free will.
2. Adherence to CBMG Guidelines
You agree to comply fully with all examination-related guidelines, policies, and procedures as outlined by CBMG. This includes, but is not limited to, rules governing conduct, eligibility, examination integrity, and certification issuance.
3. Eligibility Restrictions
- This certification is offered only to candidates who have completed our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course and, as a confirmation willing to share their Udemy Course Completion Certificate.
- CBMG Green Belt Certification will only be issued in the same name as Udemy Completion Certificate.
- This certification offer is not available to individuals who have completed the associated course(s) under a free trial period in Udemy. CBMG reserves the right to request proof of valid course purchase (e.g., Udemy receipt or enrollment confirmation) to verify eligibility.
4. Attempt Limitations
Each candidate is entitled to a maximum of two (2) free attempts at the certification examination. Candidates who exceed this limit shall be deemed ineligible for certification under this program. For any clarification regarding attempt limits or eligibility, candidates may contact CBMG directly.
5. Policy Violations and Misconduct
Any candidate found to be in violation of the above protocols, or who engages in conduct that undermines the integrity or spirit of CBMG’s certification policies—including but not limited to attempts to manipulate, circumvent, or exploit the system—shall be subject to disciplinary action. Such action may include disqualification, denial of certification, or other remedies as deemed appropriate by CBMG.
6. Certification Revocation
CBMG reserves the right to deny, forfeit, or revoke certification(s) awarded to any candidate who fails to adhere to the guidelines, policies, and procedures established by CBMG or its affiliated entities. Certification may also be revoked in cases of unprofessional conduct, ethical violations, or any behavior inconsistent with CBMG’s standards.
