We will provide stewardship to customer centric transformation projects through guidance and support during implementation. The primarily role is to bring in a third eye perspective and facilitate co-creation of the solutions.

Projects might vary, but typical engagements in the past include:

• Service Design
• Digitization and automation
• Org wide transformation/change management initiatives
• Improvement projects
