Our engagement with Neil started in financial year 2010-11. Over the last 2 years he has helped us in deploying and shaping our Lean Six Sigma Initiative in all southern & western circles and in corporate functions. He comes in from the Financial Services experience and is also a mobile user, and hence he not only understands the business and operations but also helps us in evaluating from the end user perspective. He brings in considerable deployment experience in Lean Six Sigma across several industries. He has conducted workshops and training programs for almost all learner groups. He is very hands-on and pragmatic in the way he engages. He takes initiative and contributes rather than just giving ideas and teams like the way he delivers the programs.
