Lean Six Sigma Qualification is evolving as a mandatory qualification from good to have in many industries and Pharma is one of them.
As a Green Belt you are a specialist and not an expert. Hence having a Green Belt qualification increases your chances of landing in a job of your own domain expertise. If you are already employed, it increases your chance to outperform your peers.
If you are in the drug discovery side, you will be able to apply methods to effectively shorten the development cycle, apply better optimization methods, understand customer/consumer requirement better and translate it the product, etc.
On the other hand, if you are in project management side, you will be able to apply principles of lean six sigma to defect high quality products to consumers and create methods to effectively adhere to industry compliance standards.
